Salmon Fillets or Steaks 4
Cream of Celery (can ok) 1/2 cup (125 ml)
Salt to taste
Dry White Wine 1/4 cup (50 ml)
White Pepper to taste
3 green onions , diced.
Old Gouda Cheese 1/2 cup (125 ml)
(grated)
Sliced Ouster Mushrooms 1 cup (250 ml)
For garnish: Broccoli Florets, Baby Corn, Baby Carrots just
slightly steamed
Preparations:
1. If using fillets, remove the skin with a very sharp filleting or
butcher knife.
Panfry or B.B.Q. salmon only until half done. Place in a ovenproof pan or
casserole slightly greased with olive oil.
2. Combine mushrooms, green onions, celery soup & cheese and poor evenly
over the fish.
3. Bake at 350 oF (180 oC) for 20-25 min. or until the salmon flakes easily.
4. Serve with the vegetables surrounding the salmon on a rice bed. Garnish with
fresh lemon wedge & parsley or fresh dill.
5. A nice glass of dry vidal and a fresh salad from the garden will make this
a great and quick meal on a warm July evening , enjoy!
